The Moor and the Double Scroll styles of handrail pickets.
Double Scroll We have used these two types of pickets in exterior railings. The scrolls in the Double Scroll pickets are wholly hand forged and then welded together. These pickets are made of solid 1/2" steel square bar and are formed with the help of a manually operated metal bender. Please see another photo below.

is the Moor style of handrail picket.
The Moor design is made of 1/2" solid steel square bar and are very heavy. The various elements of these pickets were cut and bent by hand and then welded. |
The Double Scroll pickets are shown below alternating with plain square bar pickets in a custom fence that was sized to fit our customer's stone and concrete walk leading from the house to Green Lake.
